For you I cried, my tears filling the sea
For you I cried, in a sea salted with woe
For you this baptism was meant to be so
For you I cried, a sea full of tears

For you I fought, and fought bravely
For you I purged havoc, for your safety
For you I cried, as I fought the barbarians
For you I fought havoc over the sea full of tears

For you was whom I loved most
For you I bid undisputed love
For you were augmentations, my dreams
For you I fought in a sea full of tears

For you I perished, against the turning tide
For you I became the lamb for the slaughter
For you I stood my grounds, fighting the tyrant
For you I cried; sailing a sea full of tears

For you are the reason I still live life
For you I give all to seek such pure bliss
For you I fought against the tide, and perished
For you I cried; a sea full of my tears

I must bid you farewell, for you are now gone
For you I cried so much, but I must now move on
History will always repeat itself, because I am guilty
For you I cried; my tears filling the sea
Weekly Prompt: History

History here is taken as a being... a person

I found this one to be a lot more stable than the last one, but the flip-flopping from rrhyming to not rhyming is still a little weird.
I love how you put the last stanza though, and the second one.
My only question is, who was it that history was crying for? Us?
